General Questions

  • Can my organization register as a group?
    Each person attending will need to purchase their individual ticket. In addition, groups registering for the Step Show will need to pay the registration fee. Groups are permitted to sign up to raise funds for Talia's Walk.
  • What are the parking options available at the event?
    Parking is available at designated areas around the event venue. We recommend arriving early to secure a spot, as parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. For convenience, consider using public transportation or ride-sharing services.
  • Are there any prohibited items I should be aware of?
    To ensure a safe enjoyable experience for all attendees, the following items are prohibited: Weapons of any kind
    Illegal substances
    Large bags or backpacks
    Professional cameras
    Non-vetted media
    Outside food
  • Can I bring my own food
    Outside food is not allowed at the NCG Picnic. There will be a variety of food vendors offering a range of dining options. BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverages).
  • Can I bring my own tent and chairs to the picnic?
    Tents up to 10 x 10 are allowed. Folding tables, chairs, umbrellas and small coolers are also permissible.
  • How do I register my team for the step competition?
    Teams of no more than 10 members can register on the Page.
  • What is the dress code for each event?
    Recommended dress code :
    Friday Meet & Greet - Casual attire/Organizational colors, jackets, etc.
    Saturday Morning Talia's Walk - Cool and comfy with Organization t-shirts.
    Saturday Afternoon Greek Picnic - Picnic style/Organization t-shirts/colors.
    Sunday Morning Panel Discussion - Business Casual
    Sunday Afternoon Brunch - Cute & Classy
  • Are there any refunds on ticket sales?
    As this is a sorority fundraiser, all sales are final. Event will take place rain or shine.
  • Can I pay at the door?
    No, This is a ticket-only event. Please purchase tickets .
  • Can I register to be a vendor?
    If you would like to be considered for vendor opportunities at the NCG Picnic please visit the or email info@DPRunity.com.
  • Are there any hotel accommodations nearby?
    A list of hotel recommendations has been added to the website. Please book at your own convenience, These hotels are 5 mins. - 30 mins. from most events that will take place.
